In case your location is in the state with a not so mild season transitioning, then preparing your pool for a closure before the winter season arrives.
Actually, the winterization process is not as hard to do as you imagine, of course, if you know what to do and have the tools and the time for undertaking it.
During the process, the water will be lowered to the recommended level below skimmers.
Pool’s filters and other working parts will be taken from the water. Pipes and hoses, basically all of the pool’s plumbing will be air blown and capped.
Ladders, railings, and diving boards will be also taken out and in for a storage inside. Sand filters backwashed, DE filters cleaned. All for your pool to be ready when the snowing and the cold wind arrive!
Are you a lucky owner of a swimming pool? Make your life even more relaxing by handing all of the pool maintenance duties to the hands of our experienced crew members!
So far, we’ve helped thousands of pool owners
I live in California – so my pool is basically always open… Because of that, it also means full 12 months of pool maintenance to be done. Luckily, companies like this one have crews who can do all the maintenance and repairs my pool needs, all for an affordable price tag added to it, so lucky me!
As I live in Colorado, my swimming pool needs to be winterized (and hence, unwinterized too), each single year of the calendar. This means that as I work a very tight working schedule, just like my wife does too, we do not have enough time to spare to do it all by ourselves. Thank God there are companies who do it for us!
